At JollyJay birthday parties are full of fun with arcade games, play area and fresh food and so many options at our redemption, you get a dedicated host and reserved party room, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the party while we do all the set-up and clean-up. JollyJay offers a variety of party packages for birthdays, sports team outings and family reunions and can accommodate small and large groups please get touch with our staff if you have any special needs we would be more than happy to assist you and work with your requirements.
Our party packages cover all your party needs, including courtesy set-up and clean-up, food, drinks, colored paper plates, cups, tablecloth and utensils.
We offer a variety of party packages accommodating up to 30 kids. If your party exceeds 30 kids, contact our staff in store for other options, including after-hour events.
Party packages include:

• JollyJay themed paper plates, tablecloth & utensils
• Courtesy set-up and clean-up
We do allow you to bring your own birthday cake. All other outside food and drink are not allowed. Contact our staff in store for any special requirements we would be happy to assist.
Come enjoy a freshly prepared meal from our menu options! We have something to satisfy all palettes! Gluten free options are also available.
No pets are allowed inside, for allergy and hygienic reasons with the exception of service dogs.
Birthday party booking should be booked as soon as possible to guarantee availability.
No outside food is permitted on the premise except for birthday cake.
All birthday party packages are for a minimum of 10 kids. You can add as many kids as needed. Please refer to the party packages page for information on additional charges.
Yes, you can bring in your own balloons and decorations. Just make sure you remove your decorations once the party is over.
We require a $200 deposit at the time of booking.
We understand that things happen and will try out best to accommodate rescheduling the event if necessary. In case of cancellation of the event before 48 you will receivein-store credit for the deposit paid.
We require final party numbers 48 hours before the event to ensure we are able to accommodate the number of guests.
