Are pets allowed within the facility?

No pets are allowed inside, for allergy and hygienic reasons with the exception of service dogs.

How far in advance am I required to book for a birthday party?

Birthday party booking should be booked as soon as possible to guarantee availability.

May we bring in our own food?

No outside food is permitted on the premise except for birthday cake.

What is the minimum number of children that is required to book a party?

All birthday party packages are for a minimum of 10 kids. You can add as many kids as needed. Please refer to the party packages page for information on additional charges.

Can I bring my own decorations and balloons?

You cannot bring in your own balloons and decorations. We provide balloons for purchase.

What is the deposit required for a party?

We require a $200 deposit at the time of booking.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We understand that things happen and will try out best to accommodate rescheduling the event if necessary. In case of cancellation of the event before 48 you will receivein-store credit for the deposit paid.

How far in advance do you need to know the number of children attending?

We require final party numbers 48 hours before the event to ensure we are able to accommodate the number of guests.

What is the fee for renting the party room for longer than one hour?

Feel free to come and speak with a Jolly Jay staff member for any special requests. We will do our best to help you make your party a success!
